My main concerns when writing my first draft was about getting my point across to my reader. I wanted to make sure I fully emphasized my claim and thoughts to whoever would be reading my paper. The main points my peers liked about my paper was how I explained my quotes in great detail as well as how I related the sources and information to my personal experiences. Hannah stated that my quotes were explained well especially the one about the three dimensions and John talked about my essay being made personal because I related the sources to personal experiences. I feel as though I am working best on the citizenship ideals from Scheuer, that is easiest for me to explain carefully. I believe I am working best with the civic engagement and citizenship portion of the handbook, after having Olivia read that paragraph she recommended I give evidence as to how the handbook helps with civic engagement and citizenship. The main challenges were to include the handbook as well as give evidence in the handbook paragraph.
