The main concern when writing my first draft was not knowing if I would have enough information to write about. As well as not knowing how to organize the lay out of the paper. When it came to peer editing my paper, my partners were John and Hannah. The main points they liked about my paper was my whole perspective, as we discussed in class, that my paper gave them a different view of the whole topic. I feel I am working best with Dweck on the growth mindset vs a fixed mindset, my peers both said I could go into more detail when it comes to explaining my claims or ideas. I believe I am working best with Lukianoff and Haidt on the critical thinking and emotional reasoning portion of their article, I would also say it is the same as when I work with Dweck, I need to put more of an explanation into my ideas. After reading all the comments I now know that I need to make sure my paper is fully thought through and make sure I am explaining every idea and claim within my paper. Especially Dweck’s, Lukianoff, and Haidt’s topics because that is the only way the reader would fully understand my essay.
