Civic citizenship in his beliefs is about being an engaged citizen when it comes to things “such as voting and jury service, advocacy, volunteering, dialogue and information sharing, and other forms of participation in the public sphere” (Scheuer). This type of citizenship focuses on the government and public life type of involvement in that citizens life. It is all about getting involved and being active that way you can play your part in the world.
